5th of may Freedom table- design session (Free event)
This year The Moraine will Host a group of architects, woodworkers and visitors in order to think , reflect and embrace freedom. During the session we will make a design for a ”boarder table” which will be made for the 5th of May 2025.

On the Fifth of May hundreds of Freedom Meals take place throughout the Kingdom of the Netherlands to celebrate Liberation Day. . People from all walks of life come together to share a meal and reflect upon the value of living in a free democratic society.
Forest spoon carving session -April 27-
It all begins with a tree, A living organism. a magical thing..
Statistically trees are more rare then diamonds (in the whole galaxy). In this one day workshop we will learn how to carve a spoon responsibly using fallen branches, We will walk in the forest ,draw the tree and learn about it unique qualities in the eco system and as a material for building and creating.
Participents will learn:
-How to choose a piece of wood
-How to use an axe and carving knife
-How to make a spoon design template
-How to Natural finish with Oil / wax
*Vegan Lunch, tea, and biscuits are provided.
Permaculture course 13-19 April
1-7 days (you can choose!) of Permaculture design course- where participants will learn all the practical design and hands-on tools one need in order to kick start your own Permaculture project!
